Three Planning Permissions obtained in 2014 for this school approaching its centenary. Sandford Park is in the middle of a suburban block surrounded by 100 houses. Despite a history of conflict with these neighbours, consultations with adjacent residents resulted in agreements addressing their concerns. All three Permissions were confirmed without any appeals to An Bord Pleanala.
